Unwind after a long day with this 15 minute slow flow bedtime stretch.

Welcome to Day 15 of the Evening Yoga Movement! Tonight I'll take you through a slow flow yoga class ideal to do before bed. This 15 minute stretch is suitable for all levels and doesn't require any props. We'll explore poses like downdog, yogi squat, shoelace and reclined knee to chest.

When you said too congratulate ourselves for making it to day 15 I cried. I’m so proud of myself to finally be getting my life together at the age of 54. Thank you so much Kassandra!

I am noticing that evening yoga is ... I don’t want to say painful but I’m definitely aware that my body is not used to moving like this at night. So It’s probably exactly what my body needs . It is humbling to go from finding ease & strength in my morning practice to soreness and stiffness in the evening challenge. I am confident that making this part of my routine for the long term I will feel more positive benefits with time & patience . Once again thank you for this challenge. It’s have driven me to make this a regular part of my evening routine.

Halfway through! 🤩 I feel very proud of what I've achieved and I look forward to the second half of our 30 days evening challenge. 🥰 What effect am I noticing? That's amazing! My body is requesting the daily session! 😅 I feel my muscles contracted and uncomfortable and my yoga mat is calling me. 😍 It's a time for myself. I'm very grateful for those moments. At the end of the session, I feel relaxed and happy and grounded. 🙏 And I sleep so well.❤ Thank you Kassandra.

My 10 year old son and I are doing it and are absolutely loving it. We can’t wait until night time every night. He is sleeping great and is encouraged by the progress he sees. I have been practicing yoga for many years and I love that I can share this with him. We love your channel!!#Goodevening

#GoodEvening 15 days of nightly yoga. I felt a bit emotional when doing the complete shoelace. Instead of lacing my arms, I wrapped it around myself reaching for my shoulder blades. It felt like such a tight, warm and loving hug that my body was giving me. It was the best feeling I could give myself. Thank you Kassandra for giving me this.
