My Dumbbells: 12 lbs & 20 lbs
Coach's Dumbbells: 8 lbs & 15 lbs
Pick something challenging, but doable for YOU!
Beginner Recommendation: 5 lbs & 10 lbs
If you want to do a 35-minute workout (instead of 20), just rewind the video to 6:44 at the end of the second set, and do it again.
