HIII EVERYONE!!! I have skippped mby a month of workout bc I wanted to have a break, but untill 22-nd of June I'm going to do this everyday too!
And yeah, I have growed for 2 cm( I was annoyed but now I understand it's really cool )

Soo, now my goal's to be 165 cm before november starts!!! And mini update - I'm 45 kg right now)

14 years old girl.
Height: 5'3
Goal: 5'7
Day 1-✅
Day 2-✅
Day 3-✅I have felt a little difference and I also became a bit more taller than my mom 👍🏻
Day 4-done in morning✅
Day 5-✅done in the morning and evening both I have lost my 1 kg weight in 5 day I found it effective for loosing weight
Day 6-✅both in evening and morning. I will update my height status on day 7.
Day 7-✅thank you gurll for this amazing work out. I grew 0.8 cm taller 😭🎉🎉
Day 8-✅did in morning only
Day 9-✅did both morning and evening
Day 10-✅ done
Day 11-✅I lost 2 kg of Weight from 30th January to 15 February 😙
Day 12-✅done both in morning and evening
Day 13-✅ guys I randomly checked my height and I increased by 1 cm 😭🎉✨

Day 15-✅ I loosed 3 kgs of weight from 30th Jan to 19 feb

I have stopped doing this exercise now but yaa it helped me lot in growing taller after doing this I was almost 5'4.5 but now I have joined gym so I have stopped doing this but if you wanna know that it works or not so yaa

Hello cuties!!

I am going to do this for 14 days
Height - 5'1 and a half(155 cm)
Goal - 5'4(162 cm)

Day 1 ✅️ it was my first day so it was a bit difficult for me. It hurts a little bit but not for long. I am sure you can able to do these exercises. I realy enjoy doing these exercises.
Day 2 ✅️ today, my legs hurt while doing these exercises. It will hurt for only 5-10 min not more than that. If u are healthy, u will not feel pain while doing these exercises.

I didn't do your workouts for a month but after that I instantly realised that my stamina has lowered. I get tired quickly. One week after I started doing your workouts again I feel energetic and my stamina has increased again. Keep up with your videos. 😊👍

Thank you so much, it works! I grew 1cm in 2 days which is amazing! I grew up being the tallest of my friends but then I stopped growing at 12 for some reason and watching them slowly getting taller than me really made an impact. I was like "why does everyone grow but I? Why did I stop growing?" Let me tell you that watching your friends get taller than you is one of the worst feeling ever. I used to be taller by a head than one of my friends and now she's almost as tall as me! I'll keep doing this maybe one day I'll reach my dream height❤

Hey guys, I'm going to do this exercise for 1 month straight and just once a day and then I'll come back with the results for you.
Before: 1, 60cm or 5'3"
Goal: 1, 70cm or 5'7"

✅️Day 1:The exercise was really fun and I felt like it stretched everything in my body.

✅️Day 4: It seems that the more I do this exercise the more I feel stretched and relaxed, it is helping me a lot with some pain.

✅️Day 7: The week was incredible and my body feels much better. I decided that I'll only measure myself in the 2 week.

Guys, maybe the exercise doesn't work for everyone or you don't have the same results as I did, but it's definitely worth doing!! My goal is 170cm so I still have 4cm to go, thank you for everything, I'll be back later for an update, to see if I reached my goal or not!!

Feb. 13, 2024 - Many of you asked me to update again, and I continued for another 2 weeks and grew another 2 centimeters, but then I stopped doing it, but a few weeks ago I did more stretching exercises and I managed to reach my goal, now I'm with 171cm.

Thank u so much for all of u who have followed me here, remembering that your results may vary, and the weeks that I stopped doing this exercise were due to pure procrastination, so don't feel so guilty if you don't manage to do it a week in full. Do it in your own time.

after 2 months and a half almost now 169cm!!
IT REALLY WORKS I'M SO HAPPY. I achieved this result by both using shiydf and doing regular streching exercises and I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE IT.! TRUST THE PROCESS 🧡
