I am 38 and I love your videos!! I had some medical issues and gained a lot of weight due to them, I had my thyroid removed and I’m now on a journey back to health and healing. Your videos have been wonderful for me starting out on a routine again. Your voice is so relaxing and the stretching videos are my favorite!!! Thank you

You are such a Breath of fresh air I was scrolling along looking for something like ur program and vids challenged I'm 48 almaot 50 but oh boy am I enjoying u doll face u are Amazing ill be sure to tell my family and friends about you in real how much u inspire me i been on my journey since Sept 2020 I've lost 68 pounds and went from a size 20 plus to a 10 12 I'm so so blessed I've worked my tail feather off but I shy away from scales I measure instead the scale is not a fan lol ty sweets I cant wait for the nezt workout 💪😊

I’m half way through my second 14day challenge. I want to say THANK YOU for these work outs. Thank you for this video. I’ve included it into my morning routine as I’m slowly recovering from a torn meniscus. The stretches are gentle enough that I’m not in pain, but I still end up feeling great afterwards.

Oh this was wonderful, thank you so much! I have pretty severe arthritis of the spine this felt really nice. I had to take mine a bit slower that’s OK we all work at our own pace. Yes I love the finger stretch that was a nice surprise! Have a lovely day! 💗

A beautiful stretch. Thank you. I'm walking on air now. Thank you for Fabulous 50s. You are my personal trainer Schellea and have been since the beginning of lockdown in the UK in March 2020. You are so gentle and encouraging and the workouts are perfect - just tough enough. I've just done 3 of your workouts, the third one being this stretch. I have never engaged with exercise this consistently for this long before so i am really grateful to you and your team for all you do. I am definitely fitter and much more motivated to continue with exercise than i was. Please keep going. xxx
