Thank you for joining me today on a journey into this present moment. During this 15-minute mindfulness meditation, I will guide you to connect with yourself and your surroundings using your senses. When you invite your awareness to rest on your breath, you can find presence and peace.

This short meditation is wonderful for starting your day, calming yourself from stress or anxiety, or to prepare yourself for a restful nights sleep.

This audio is awesome, felt shorter than it is. I don't tend to like most guided meditations because they usually put messages in there i may or may not agree with, You know, positive thinking and Stuff. But when I meditate, I don't wanna add more thoughts and questions. This audio feels very practical for just feeling the present moment, which is exactly what i was looking for. Thank you.

One of the things I like about this meditation and the similar ones is that I start enjoying the space around me much more, even if for a short period. Hope that it is a building block towards lesser stress, clearer mind and more enjoyment of life. Thank you for posting this video.

The thing I always forget with mediation, is that I need to just be ...I always forget cus it seems so abstract . But tbis is right . The root of my suffering is trying to change reality, the root of my pain is holding on. I need to focus on jusy being ...being in the moment . Then things flow so much easier ...instead of trying to think everything. Especially with my emotions . I need to just be with them. They’re not good or bad . Nothing is good or bad. Everything truly just is. I always forget cus I never let myself catch a break. Thank you for this mediation. You guys are truly wonderful ❤️, all love

I know i should thank myself for allowing me to take the time to take care of myself but i need to thank you for providing this for free <3 this has tremendously helped me ..I have covid and this helped me ease my pain and grounded me <3 thank you and i know there are others that are going through the same and we could agree that this provided peace even for a moment ...after all we are in the now thank you again <3
