Follow and get sweating to this 20 min bodyweight full body workout! This workout routine helps you build muscle and increase strength using compound movements as well as a variation in tempo per exercise. It also has an element of cardio and core moves that will increase your core temperature and ramp up calorie burn. We target the muscles in the whole body with this workout including your legs (hamstrings, quadriceps and calves), glutes (glute minimus, glute medius and gluteus Maximus) your chest, arms (shoulders, biceps and triceps), back and core (abs). Burn some body fat, expend calories and build your muscle in just 20 minutes full body strength workout.

I was just told not todo cardio moves with strength ..wich mr and mrs muscle do i lile it but was told no reason cardio should be involved in a worklut with strength .like jumping jacks high knees burpees ..is this true ??
