Jordan you are the best! This will be great for a day that might range from rainy to natural disaster! I can just run it twice. I usually walk 3-6 miles a day outdoors.

Thanks for the workout Jordan, I’m really enjoying these! I have Lipoedema so can’t jump and bounce around as it’s too painful on the tissues .... I do like to keep mobile though and these are really nicely placed, closed-chain workouts.
Can I just say though Bob, sorry to read you’re struggling, here’s hoping it resolves fairly swiftly. The mouth tends to be a good healer though.
