2 MILE DANCE WORKOUT | Beginner Low Impact | At Home Workout | Improved Health

Today's workout is a little bit longer than last week. This is a 2 mile dance workout (or you can consider it a 2 mile walk). Whatever you consider it, it's exercise that is getting your heart healthy and is great for your mental health, too! I hope this brings happiness to your day.

I'm having so much fun creating these 'at home workouts' for you! I am always happy when I am dancing. Each week I'll increase the distance by a half mile. I figured doubling the distance would be too much for some people so hopefully the half mile increments will work for those of you who are trying to go a bit further each week. Take your time increasing the distance and do whatever works best for YOU!

This 2 mile dance is a total step count of 4668 steps. I hope you enjoy yourself and just have fun with the workout.

Attempting to play "catch and release", emphasis on the release, with the head cold I caught. Noticed this one dance workout which was new to me and just the right amount of steps to round up today's quota. Your gratitude reminder resonated. A lifelong friend's husband is losing his battle to cancer. He would give anything to be able to do this. Suddenly a stupid cold is a minor annoyance. Thank you, Jules, for reminding us what's important.

16, 12 2023 Hi Jules, l just did the last 15 minutes and the stretching but l enjoyed it. I put some love songs under it. It was good. And it's not too late today. Thanks, have a nice evening!!
