2 Mile Arms + Abs Walking Workout for Weight Loss

Join me as we ease our way into the challenge of walking 2 Miles while executing exercises that will help you tighten and tone your arms and abs.

In todays workout we will be jogging in between our exercise intervals. If you would like to walk instead of jog, go right ahead! Just note that it will be a little less intense and you may not reach the step goal.

I lost 50 pounds from doing your workouts. Unfortunately, I had to stop mid of last year, doctors found cancer on my right kidney and in November had to have half of my kidney removed. Gained 20lbs back during my recovery, but started back second week of January and lost almost all that I had gained back already. Thanks for your awesome workouts and encouraging words. ❤

I've been working out to Jo's videos for just over a month now. Started with 12-15 minutes videos, mostly beginner, some intermediate and now regularly doing 20-25 minutes videos. I challenged myself with this one and boy, it was hard. I completed it but felt a little discouraged that it was so difficult. I'm giving myself grace. I've come a long way already. Just being able to work out seemed impossible a few months ago as I suffer from an arthritic autoimmune condition. I'm 39. Wishing everyone the best of health!

Been doing Jo’s workouts consistently. Paired it with intermittent fasting.

I have lost 13kg within 2 months.

Update: I’m now 16kg down!

Update 2: I’m now a whopping 20kgs down! Few things I’ve noticed, I can breathe better, my endurance is so much better, I trust myself to make better choices and do what my body needs!

I just love the way Jo builds in her workouts. You start off thinking, this isn't so bad, then she says, okay, warm up is over... And by the end, you are drenched! But it's put together in a way that you can make it all the way through ❤️

Just wanted to say! Did this workout, I haven’t worked out in about a week bc I was feeling depressed and kept making excuses. But I did it I showed up for myself. I can’t give up now I’m 11 lbs down and I need to keep going! Thank you Jo for everything you do! You look STUNNING as usual!! I feel good, I feel happy. If you’re doing this workout, be proud! You showed today for yourself even if it’s 5, 15 or 30 minutes whatever YOU DID THAT! I love your workouts Jo!

I've been sick for weeks! I tested positive for covid, had all the symptoms, all of them 🤧🤢🤮🤒

Today I'm feeling well enough to try excersizing and decided to try this workout. I don't recommend to go fast pace when you're trying to recover. I went slow and steady and still worked up a sweat. I miss working out and GWJ is very diverse and you can find something for whatever stage you are at! I feel good so far and hope I didn't overdo it. ❤

Wanted to skip this because I thought who needs arms everybody wants a butt and toned legs - boy did these chicken noodle arms get set on FIRE - WAS one of the best challenging workouts in the past 5 weeks I've done! Thank you Jo! I might not feel like I'm seeing the results but my body feels different and I feel like I look forward to working out even on days I don't!!!! ❤

Thank you for your consistency, even when I wasn't. Today is my first day back to your workouts in over a year. After a year long battle with beast cancer and chemo treatment, on May 8th this year I am cancer free. My las treatment is in June, but after "coaching" from my husband I got up this morning (4:30 am) and started this workout. I surprised myself by not stopping at all 😲😁 Day 1 GET THIS!!!

Thank you Jo! I'm a teenage girl and I've been working out with your videos for a while now. I don't have to lose weight, in fact I'm working on gaining some! I've been underweight my whole life and on top of that I have had a lot of trouble with my digestion which is probably on of the causes. Last year everything got so bad that I was just like "NOPE" and decided that I was going to eat good foods, workout, and also do more time with God (I've been a Christian for almost a year as well!) and since then I've been working hard. I did many other workouts but none of them felt just right until I discovered your walking workouts and I've been very consistent since then! Last time I weighed myself (which isn't very often) I was over 100 pounds, which is something considering that I was under 90 pounds in the last two years. I'm always excited to work out now since I get bored easily and your workouts keep me interested! Thanks again :D
