Wow! I posted that comment two years ago and still going strong. Major knee issues but Walking at HOME still continues to HELP me on a daily basis! Lost the 25 lbs I gained during covid/knee injury!!! Feeling better than ever at SIXTY YEARS YOUNG!!

I hope I am not sabotaging myself by announcing this, but tonight was the sixth night I followed Leslie's 2-miles routine. and my mental health is getting better. No more suicidal ideations! Just the week before, I was in the doctor's office feeling like my head was done in. I feel better physically and mentally.

I read the comments and can't understand how some people can actually complain about some videos being old videos.The workouts are always inspiring and effective. Thank you so much for blessing us with these videos. A custodial job I accepted during the pandemic left me with multiple Injuries in my knees, feet, quad, elbow, shoulder, cervical spine... Then I was mostly sedentary for almost 2 years afterward because I didn't have enough insurance coverage to attend physical therapy for very long. I'm using these walk at home videos to help me get used to moving my body again. I wanted to quit so many times during this video but I only stopped twice to stretch for a second and twice to get my cat off my desk when he had jumped up and sent things flying everywhere during cat crazy time. Thank you Leslie and the team for providing these excellent videos for us! I enjoy hearing the bits of fact about muscles and things being connected. I did move a chair and a humidifier, a wastebasket, and a bike to make enough space for me. It worked fine. I'm still sore from yesterday's 1 mile walk video with Leslie and the gang. I'm glad tomorrow is a rest day. I need it because my hips and glutes are incredibly sore.

Thank you Leslie for leading me to a healthy lifestyle. I’ve lost 20 plus pounds during this quarantine with these videos and I feel so much more happy and healthy. Walking is now apart of my life and I’m so thankful for that ♥️

I love Leslie. I have been following her for years. I lost 30 lbs with following a proper diet and Leslie’s workouts. She feels like family. She is the only one I can listen to. Her pacing, instructions and enthusiasm vibrate with me. Thanks for being present in my life, Leslie ❤😊

I'm new to you today was my first day at trying this w0alk I didnt get a0ll the way but I went half of it from 30 to 15 minutes I'm very obese but I'm still proud of what I did from no type of excercises to going to half of this work out. Thank you am going to do this everyday with you. God has lead me to you for a better life I know this .

I found my first Leslie Sansone Walking videos at BJ’s Warehouse when DVDS were widely available in clubs several years ago. I got lazy and stopped using them for a couple of years. When the pandemic and lockdown began in NYC back in March 2020, I decided that now was an ideal time to use Leslie’s videos once again. I haven’t stopped since and am feeling/looking better than I have in quite some time. Was equally blown away to discover her Walks on YouTube. Now I can even do my workouts when traveling via iPhone; no more plausible excuses to miss any workouts. Leslie, you look FABULOUS for 59! 👍🏻🙏🏻👏🏼🏃‍♀️ Thank you!
