I do this, to an extent and it worked great! I stopped having all added sugar in coffee, sweet drinks, biscuits, cakes, lollies etc. After 3 days I actually tried a choc chip Cookie and it was soooo sweet i almost drowned in my saliva.. i could not eat it, it tasted horrible to me! Dr Berg says, the best way to not want sugar is to not eat it. So very true 😀

Y'all, I'm gonna try to do this starting from tomorrow
Day 1: ✅️ somehow survived it
Day 2: ✅️ did it
Day 3: ✅️ I'm actually not as bloated as usually lolll
Day 4: ✅️ I literally have no idea how I managed to not eat sweets for 4 days already lmao (I usually fail after Day 1)
Day 5: ✅️ I don't crave sweets as much anymore
Day 6: ❌️ guys I didn't die I just forgot 😭😭 (failed cuz I was put w/ friends and ate strawberries with chocolateee)
Day 7: ❌️ (I ate some cake w/ my family)
Day 8: ✅️(somehow did it)
Day 9: ❌️ (I didn't eat like alooot of sweet stuff, just like half a Croissant but still failed lol)
Day 10: ❌️ (ate brownies, they were amazing hehe, gonna continue tomorrow)
Day 11: 50/50 I didn't eat any sweets the whole day but then ate some icecream earlier soo Yeah (basically failed lol but it was yummy)
Btw, I think I'll just add another week to the challange cuz I feel like I've been failing a little too often 😭🙏
Day 12: ✅️ I survived the day without any sweets I'm proud of myself 🔥🔥
Day 13: ✅️ did it, I feel good yayy
Day 14: ✅️ somehow managed to survive the day

Sooo I'll start the challange again, trying to stay consistent this time and I'll just continue to Update here (gonna start tomorrow cuz I already failed today lol)

Day 1: ✅️ did it, I'm proud of myself yayyy
Day 2: ✅️ it got a little hard but i did it
Day 3: ✅️ completed the day, i'm proud😍 (I'm Kind of less bloated tbh, idk if that's bc I stopped eating sweets)
Day 4: ✅️ it wasn't that hard today tbh and I feel great
Day 5: ✅️ I actually feel like I can hold myself back alot better + I actually get less bloated
Day 6: ✅️ I really miss sugary stuff but my ego is too high to give up this time sooo yeah (The bloating has become less wowowowow)
Day 7: ✅️ the challange is getting easier lol (1ST WEEK COMPLETED)
Day 8: ✅️ did ittt (I ate SO much so I'm really bloated rn 😭😭)
Day 9: ✅️ idk what to type lol
Day 10: ✅️ Today I was REALLY craving sweets but I had to hold myself back 😭😭
Day 11: ✅️ It isn't that hard to avoid the cravings anymore
Day 12: ✅️
Day 13: ❌️ I faileddd😭😭
Day 14: ✅️

Soooo I didn't See many changes, probably because I was still eating a lot of other stuff that wasn't reaaaalllyyy healthy but yeaaaah
It was a fun challange and I feel like I have less cravings for sweets
I'll probably do the challange another time again (just for fun tho lol)
And for my weight
I Kind of forgot to weight myself before and after😭😭 but I don't think I've lost any weight

Guy in that shape I hardly doubt it affect him at all. It does work as I did the challenge. Quit drinking pop was the biggest thing for me.

True, but again, don't completely stop eating sugar, but you can always minimize it

Day 14: ICU hospitalization due to hypoglycemia with life on the line. Eat sugar guys it’s your body’s energy. However stay away from artificial sugar

No actually if you stopped eating sugar you would starve because there’s sugar in all foods, even vegetables

I stopped eating sugar for about 45 days and went under strict diet to lose weight. I had extreme sugar cravings afterwards. Now, I eat less sugar but never cut it off from my diet and happy with the results
