People are oblivious about how much sugar is in everyday processed foods. It's not the sugar in your sugar bowl that's a worry. It's the sugar in your pizza crust, in the pizza sauce, that bread at Subway, its in damn near everything. Start paying attention people. Manufacturers lace everything with sugar to get you hook on that sugar high and hooking you on their product.

I still find it hard to believe that I gave up sugar and refined carbs almost 2 years ago when starting your healthy keto plan. I just had to give that all up because my health was failing due to my uncontrollable hunger with junk food. What an amazing feeling you get when coming off of all the unhealthy foods. I would've never thought it was possible, but I proved myself wrong. It can be proved if you have the willpower, discipline, and the drive to so. I'm doing OMAD and loving it. My bronchitis is almost gone and I feel so much better. Avoiding sugar and carbs is hard but I've almost got it kicked. Thanks Dr Berg!!!

I used to have insomnia, adult acne, and several other random issues but it all stopped when I stopped eating a high carb diet. I wouldn’t say that I’m necessarily keto now but I definitely don’t have nearly as many issues as I once did. I feel so much better now and wake up with lots of energy!

I've cut out sugary stuff, and I've noticed a difference in other things as well. I don't have as much problem with arthritis, which really surprised me. I didn't realize it, until I ate sugar again and it flared up my arthritis. I can get up and down off the floor now, without it killing my knees. And I've lost weight! I used to have a major sweet tooth and it is totally worth it to stop eating sugar!

In 2011 my knees were in bad shape. It was painful to climb up and down stairs. I could not squat down all the way because of the pain in my knees. I cut sugar out of my life and little by little my knees healed. For several years now I've been able to bend my knees all the way, and experience zero pain while climbing stairs.

Thank you Dr. Berg for this video! I needed this video as I'm on my 3rd week without consuming sugar. I've notice I'm experiencing all the benefits that you'd have mentioned and I'm feeling better each and everyday. I don't eat or snack after 5pm and I do a 30 minutes to an hour workout. I can definitely feel the differences. 😊

It is difficult in the beginning, but giving up on eating sugar can even heal mental issues such as depressions.

The timing on this is perfect because I'm currently doing a 7-day no added sugar challenge. Today is day 3. I will most likely continue. Right now, imtaking it one week at a time.

Dr. Berg is amazing. For anybody who seems discouraged, you can do it. The change might come hard at first but it becomes easy and natural relatively quickly. You don't even think about it anymore it becomes a natural habit. I have been doing this for over 7 months and I can attest to everything he's saying it has changed my life and my family's life for the better.
