I hit a month this weekend and do not want to go back... I still get hungry but it's not thay bad...also, NY hear rate dropped significantly for the better. Do it, it's worth it. Tough at the beginning but worth it.

Carbs also turn into sugars. Your body can only hold cards for 2 days no matter how many you consumed. Excessive carbs create a breading ground in your body for infections. If anyone with blood sugar issues it literally takes two days of keto to normalize. The actress Halle Maria Berry is a type one diabetic and she takes no medication she just uses a keto diet.

I've been cutting out sugar. At first, I just went sugar-free most of the week except for a soda, regular ketchup when I didn't have my bottle that doesn't have added sugar or something on occasion. Then, I let myself have things with just a few grams of sugar sometimes. Eventually, I got to where I can't stand sugar. I ate a sandwich a couple of weeks ago that had 4g of added sugar and it was awful. I'm on a budget and I couldn't just throw it away, but I won't be doing that again. I've gone down a size in scrub pants. I still wear the same tops because, I can't buy them every time and they take longer to get really bad-looking (I've dropped over a hundred a couple of times, but I'm too old to rely on my body bouncing back without having a heart attack or something.). I've also started fasting with just electrolytes and water for 3 days every other weekend. My sleep and energy have improved. My appetite is under control. I don't have a scale, but I'm going to the doctor soon and I'm guessing that I've dropped 20-25 pounds.

I have given up sugar for 1 year and 5 months now. I lost 70 lbs in the first 5 months. I gave up processed sugars.

Sugar addiction is worse than crack addiction because it’s so normalized . Pretty much everyone I know and see at the supermarket are a sugar addict but you can’t tell them to stop like you can tell a crack addict

i just stopped buying sugar and potatoes and have been living as such( excluding christmas break) since sept last year. My pant size went down by 2 notches, shirt size is also reduced. My BMI reduced from 2 6to 24.6. I My Bodyfat went down from 24.8 to 22.7%. I reduced my weight from 80 to now around 72.

I have been off sugar for around a week, It has been difficult for since I used to be addicted to donuts and cookies, but the thing that most miss is sugar in my tea, is using stevia will slow down the postive long term effects of my sugar detox

I am a person who has an hour glass shape
During my weightloss journey I lost a lot of fat from my waist as fast as possible even if I focussed on exercises to loose weight in my thighs and legs
This was because since the start I am a person who eats just chocolates in the name of sugar and that to very less
So this tells sugar has a great impact on our waist fat
