I quit sugar for 25 days once. After that 25 days I didn’t even want it and said it was too boring. Now I just make fun, healthy foods that are really good.

I’ve quit sugar for a week and also cut out carbs that break down to sugar. For carbs I’ve only had small portions of hard cheese and hummus. Lots of eggs, beef, cucumbers, avocados, whole fat greek yogurt, celery, pickles, cheese, hummus only diet. Adding a pinch of salt to everything I eat. I dealt with headaches for the first 3 days, but now my energy levels have been through the roof. Having a great time with a clear mind.

Umm.. its impossible to stop eating sugar.... every fruit and vegetable contains natural sugars... what you actually mean is processed sugars..

I’ve gone on a fasting one meal a day sugar free diet. So basically from the time i get up in the morning i eat nothing and I am only allowed to eat one full meal a day when i get home from work and that meal can be what ever but i try to keep the calories at a minimum. Also I cut out all forms of sugar including carbonated beverages and kool aid candy and all that good stuff. Also I’ve increased my fiber intake so i do a glass of metamucil and from the looks of it I’ve lost a lot of weight including pants sizes. So as long as Im keeping my calories at a minimum with the one meal a day sugar free/ fasting diet I’ll be good. I used to wear size 3xl shirts now I’m 2xl and 1 XL AND on pants i was 46 now Im able to wear 38, 36, and 34’s but the 38’s kinda fall off. I’ve been doing the diet for I believe a year or so and i feel great i Don’t feel weak or nothing. And also for exercise i walk home from work which ia a 30 min walk and that is my cardio. I feel great without touching any sugar. And also i just finished a month stretch of that diet and I’m going on a second 2 month stretch i would usually go a month but I’m trying to test myself and this teaches me discipline. To not over indulge in bad habits

I have not had any sugar for 4 months, cravings are gone, completely, lost 35 lbs, doing hybrid carnivore with only sauerkraut included, I’m 54 and for the 1st time in 30 years back to what I weighed in my 20’s.

No lie, wasn’t easy at first, takes a lot discipline, but it can be done, good luck!

Fun fact there was a study done that gave rats cocaine and sugar, they chose the sugar because it really is the most powerful drug! I hope anyone reading this gets help and rids their addiction ❤🙏
