For a lot of people when leaving sugar it might mean headaches, dizziness, nausea, etc. If your diabetic I would understand that you do need the sugar. But the sugar humans can live off, is the sugar that is produced by fruit. (I’m pretty sure). As someone that has been trying to not eat candy, sugar my body doesn’t need, etc. I totally feel a lot better, more energetic, healthier, etc. Although you shouldn’t push ur body SUPER hard because every body is different! But I know every single one of u is able to accomplish this 💋. Stay strongggg 🧸

when I was about 9, my parents forced me and my 4 brothers on a no sugar diet, besides the regular fruits like blueberry and strawberries (we weren’t allowed any other fruit). I started to feel really sick after a week and they didn’t believe me, ended up vomiting in the living room during a movie.

Safe to say, they never put me on a diet again 👍🫡

I'm someone who is allergic to chocolate and anything that contains sugar. So, since elementary school I haven't eaten chocolate. Like I've stopped eating chocolate since then. I miss the taste of chocolate. 😃👍
