ABOUT TRAVIS
After surviving a near death experience in Kauai and another during the Thailand Tsunami of 2004, Travis Eliot dedicated his life to spreading the teachings of yoga and meditation to as many people as possible. Travis is a world-renowned yoga and meditation teacher and author. He currently lives in Los Angeles with his family and teaches his signature Holistic Yoga Flow classes in workshops, festivals and retreats around the world. His style is intensely dynamic, infused with practical wisdom and has inspired many of today's top athletes, celebrities, and entertainers.

Most recently Travis has become passionate about spreading yoga and meditation inside maximum security prisons. This work has proven to bring light to the darkest of places.

He is the creator of the groundbreaking programs Level Up 108, PY108, Yoga 30 for 30, Flexibility & Beyond, Yoga Detox 30, and many others. He is the author of “Journey Into Yin Yoga,” co-author of “Holistic Yoga Flow: The Path of Practice.” He is the founder of Inner Dimension TV, Inner Dimension Academy, director of Holistic Yoga Flow teacher trainings and a member of the faculty of the prestigious Kripalu Institute and 1440 Multiversity. I cannot believe what’s happened just over 24 hours after completing this video….i sunk into the hollow bone state to allow the power to flow through me and I focused on my elbow. Because I took part in May in a game of paddle (a mix of squash and tennis)) and I have been in so much discomfort that it was even hard to pick up a cup of coffee. I focused on this hollow bone story to my elbow and u can’t believe it…for the first time since May it no longer hurts and it feels like it is it should. Seriously I am gobsmacked! I cannot thank you enough Travis for sharing this story! Just wow and such gratitude for finally having healthy joints again. Thank you Natalie.

I followed the challenge a while ago for some days, I think until day 16. Now I've been picking some of those I haven't done in no particular order. But I have been more active in my practice lately doing some more vigorous power yoga practices of this channel, so I needed some rest for a change and this one fits the purpose so well, either with the challenge or without. I'm very grateful, thank you.
