This Shavasana put me in a deep sleep lol. My body ended up waking itself up by lifting up my arms and gently taping them in unison on the mat. 🙏🏿 Shanti

I like the poses to go a bit longer, so I put the speed on 0.75x and that's just about perfect.

I always come back to this practice because it's just so good. Thanks Flo
