Thank you for doing these! Just the right amount of time for me to get ready for the day in the am! I'm a working carpenter and struggle with stiffness in shoulders and rotator cuffs. The positions that involve extending on one hand on the floor fully extended are a little too much for me, so I opt to do a different pose when you do those poses. I bet if you did a series (if you haven't already!) for builders you would get a lot of takers. Flooring installers on their knees all day, drywallers and tilers who work with trowels and mudding knives and how to protect shoulders while working, frame carpenters, etc. Thanks again! I'm all in on the 30 day challenge!

Day 5, still alive =) As a super solar being, I need these deeply cooling, lunar restorative sessions to help me balance out. I often gravitate toward pushing deeper, but with many years of practice realized that you really can't force calm, or push for peace...I can create the container for change to happen within. I can invite and allow for these shifts to happen...one breath at a time. There is no small change! =) Thanks, Tim, for a lovely and gentle morning release

I think I’ve watched your videos for almost 10 years Tim! About when I was leaving college and need to manage my anxiety.

Happy to have grown as a yogi but happy for you and how you’ve grown as a teacher. It’s been cool to watch how many videos you’ve put out, how you’ve tried a bunch of different formats. More importantly, how you’ve never stopped. Thank you!
