I really appreciate it this and I kind of love that you were doing a barefoot because I do it at home barefoot. I’m gonna try some of these. I don’t think I could do it all because right now I’m my back is really tight and I pulled the butt muscle. If anyone has any thoughts on that, please do let me know because it is so painful keep in mind I don’t exercise much and I ironically pulled my butt muscle caring in my kettlebell to the house. lol
