As someone with 3 ruptured discs in my back, I’ve spent the best part of 25 years trying to resolve lower back pain using numerous methods. I'm an 85 year old lady who bikes daily to the tune of 70 miles a week. It's a recumbent bike. My lower back gets very tight, and this simple exercise looks just what I need. If you also have a short video for glutes, I'd really appreciate it. Many thanks.

Last year … new shoulder fell, fractured pelvis sat down on low cement wall (didn’t support myself) fractured knee .. just by stepping wrong way to avoid pedestal on restaurant table … I did ALL of my PT for injuries… now trying to keep strong & on my feet !
