Hey fit fam! We’ve got a 15 minute back workout to strengthen the back and encourage better posture. If I had to recommend only one exercise that strengthens the muscles around the spine while also improving low back pain, it would be planks and plank variations. They teach you how to brace your core and resist forces that want to extend your spine. So this workout includes more plank variations. I think this has to be my new favourite workout! My back has always been causing me issues, and I've wanted to find a workout to strengthen it & get better posture for ages. Additionally to being super effective, this workout is also really fun and just flies by!

Literally after doing this workout for 3 days. First time I picked my kettlebell it felt so lighter to me. I learned that having a strong back is really important when you start using weights. Frfr

I've bern doing this workout almost everyday since September to balance the cirque du soliel 7 min ab work out. What I ❤ about your 14 min back is the sequence of exercises. They flow so well, build up an appropriate tiredness and I can get through all of them with determination, ease and elegance. I've tried your 15 min back workout which is good and tired me out quickly (also I haven't been building up with that workout every day) I wanted to say thank you again and give targeted feedback.
