Упражнения отличные, начал набирать массу как на дрожжах, но проблема в том что когда набрал 140кг чистой мышечной массы начал отрывать дверные косяки. На новый подход хожу к соседям, с учётом моей огромной мышечной массы они не могут мне отказать, но ситуация с косяками повторяется... Ну пока в моём доме соседи с целыми дверями есть, потом начну в соседний дом ходить, там как раз включу в тренировку пробежки от дома к дому

For the row, the first one, I reccomend turning the dumbbell to a hammer grip and keeping your arm near full extension, only slightly bent and driving the weight backward like a pendulum while leaning forward bracing on something if it’s the lats you want to hit, if you want more upper back try putting your feet together and holding the weight underhand below you while bent forward about 45 degrees, pulling the weight up to the middle of your stomach and back down again. Finally for the last little shrug variation, try to use a barbell or two dumbbells or a couple backpacks with weights or something and sit on a bench or chair placing your chest on the part where you normally put your back, leaning forward slightly, Ben your arms a bit and shrugs the weight up pausing at the top, and then slowly back down, really the pace you want to set for all your exercises, this way your hitting a bit of the upper and lower traps and some of the rhomboids too due to the angle. Take it slow and steady and use a weight you can get at LEAST 8 reps with and go from there. Keep up the good work boys and I hope to see you in the hall of heroes
