Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

I already started the 14 day shred and I’ve been doing it for 3 days, I’m trying to lose 20 pounds this month. I’ll update yall🤗

Weight- 175
Height- 5’6
Waist- 23 in
Stomach-37 in
Thighs-27 inches

Day 1-✅
Day 2-✅ this day was extremely hard, it was butt and thigh day and it was PAINFUL. But I did complete it.
Day 3-✅ barely made it- I was SORE
Day 4-✅
Day 5-REST DAY
Day 6-✅ it was kind easy today
Day 7-✅first weigh in-171- I would have lost more weight if I didn’t cheat so much.-. But I’m starting a new drink to help me lose the weight faster. And today’s workout was kinda easy.

I started today, and I’m from South Africa 🇿🇦!! I love Lily Sabri's workouts so let’s hope I see results
Day 1: ✅ I can feel the burn but it went pretty fast

Day 4:✅(the burn totally helped me release some stress I had after my physics exam)

Exercises like cardio, yoga, and crunches may tone your muscles and strengthen your lower abs, but they won't “erase” fat deposits. The only way to lose fat on your lower stomach is to lose fat overall. A calorie deficit helps with this👍
