Thank you dear...it's worked for me...Great result in 10days, As part of routine, I was done this dialy morning and evening (few skipped also🤪) and dinner finished by 7pm IST.

Today is Tuesday and I started this workout because we'll go to the beach on Saturday. I know that I am already late to start but I still want to exercise before the outing. Hopefully there will be a space for me there to continue this workout!
Day 1: It was hard doing the exercises without stopping especially during the 5:30 onwards of the video, but yay I finished!

Day 1: ❤ God! I thought it would be easy but Boy was I wrong. I started Calorie deficit 2 days ago. I can feel it. BURN.
Day 2:❤ Done! The burn ooh! It was a bit easier today.
Day 3:❤ Done! Couldn't feel much of a burn but damn it was hard.
Day 4:❤ Done! Could feel the burn. I could do the exercises a lot easier now.
Day 5:❤ Done!
Day 6: ❤ Done! I could last longer on those exercises now. 🎉
Day 7: 😢 didn't do it. But I will be back.
Day 8:❤ I did it!! The exercises were relatively easy( or maybe because I didn't do them properly)
Day 9:❤ I did it! 5 days to go.
Day 10: ❤ Done! 4 days to go. 🎉
Day 11: ❤ Done! 3 days to go🎉
Day 12: ❤ Done! 2 days to go!!!! My friends told I look like I lost a few.

Imma try and do this every day for 2 weeks(im also eating 2wice a day like a fruit in the morning or cereal or a toast and then a meal bfre 5 after that just waterr) no sugary stuff only once a week
