Hi mizi..I'm from Bangladesh.. I am 23..And my weight is 71😔..Today is day 1 doing this exercises.And i only can complete 9 minutes.. But i will gradually increase the time..tomorrow i will do it for 15 minutes.. Wish me luck everyone. Thank you

Over the past few weeks, I've been trying to do workouts from YouTube, but I haven't been able to complete any of them. However, her videos are the only ones I've completed. I found her videos and started doing the program. It's my second day, and I can really feel the burn all over my body. Thank you so much Mizi. I've never dropped a comment on any YouTube channel, but she deserves it.

First day of workout and this exercise feels way better than other videos and it's very knee and legs friendly. Unlike other videos where your knees are getting more tired than your body just jumping thru the exercises. Will definitely try this out for a few weeks.

1st day - Completed the workout, I am literally so sweaty right now !! I am feeling sooo happy and proud after completing the workout without any stop! 😊
Will update you guys tomorrow -
2nd day - Completed, again sweaty 🥵
3rd day - Didn't do, and instead played badminton for 2 hrs (10000steps and 440 calories)
4th day - Did it
5th day - Didn't do, was lazyy

Among all the 30 mins workouts video i’ve done, this is the best so far. Easy to follow. Sweating more compared when i walk for 30 mins. Burned about total 240 cal. . Just have to drag myself to do this everyday . 😂

Day 1: I'm at 146.4 lbs, It wasn't hard but I can still feel the burn, and I'm pretty confident in this working, my goal is to be 139 lbs or 140 and this is a great, slow start going to update tomorrow!

Have been doing this workout for about 2 weeks. No doubt this exercise burns calories. I could see some weight loss but no changes on the lower belly.
