Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)

Alrighty girls let's do this. I'm a 14 year old female and weigh 139 lbs. My goal is not to get abs right away, but to slim down my belly so I can finally look at the mirror and think "hey, I'm pretty alright". Sure my belly doesn't show so much but its still noticable. It's like a lump. That's not to shame those who are heavier, if your happy and healthy with yourself then you do you boo. I'm just insecure of myself, I really want to work on my image and increase my self esteem. And I wanna be looking like a snacc when I enter High school this August. Enough bout' me tho, I'ma try to update y'all and be consistent
Day 1- it was hard. I'm wearing a waist trainer too so im pretty sure that made it harder. The burn is real but I'm motivated. Till tomorrow lovelys ♥️

Day 2- About the same as yesterday. It burns so bad, but hey that's what it's supposed to do. I don't believe theres any significant changes, but hey it's only day 2. I'm also trying to eat healthy but damnit it's hard. Not to be discourage tho. See ya tomorrow ladies ✌️♥️

Day 3- I don't think I'll ever get used to the burn lol. Maybe I'm crazy, but I think I see my belly to be slightly smaller and my waist a tiny bit smaller. Maybe that's just me idk but I'm still motivated. Stay strong ladies, till tomorrow 💪❤️

Day 4- Ok so after this workout I can totally confirm that my stomach has gotten smaller. There's still a bit of belly left so I need to work that out. It still burns tho. I also may or may not have overeaten just a tiny bit but I really am trying to eat healthier. Stay motivated ladies, I'll update tomorrow 😘

Day 5- I'm sorry ladies, today I had some errands to run with my family and I couldn't do it. I really honestly feel terrible not doing it, but I will try my best to do it tomorrow. Till tomorrow girls, I'm sorry 💗

Day 6- Feeling tired but I still did it. There isn't much of a difference, it looks the same as 2 days ago. I think I might have to do this more than a week and FIX WHAT I EAT ARRGGHHH! It's hard, I might go keto maybe. See ya tomorrow ladies ✌️😘

Day 7- Ngl ladies I'm feeling unmotivated, but I still did it anyways. No drastic changes but my belly feels harder. I hope I'll get better results this second week. See you tomorrow ladies for my second week 💋✌️

~Week 2~
Day 8: Feeling a bit better but a bit more self conscious. Is ok tho I'm a bit more motivated, no drastic changes, maybe a little flatter but that's it. Also FOOD IS MY ENEMY. I really am trying but it's hard. But I WILL NOT GIVE UP. WE CAN DO THIS!! I see you tomorrow lovelys ✨♥️

Day 9- I'm feeling much better today. It still burns and I feel my stomach more harder. it's flatter too buutt I still have a bit of belly left. I feel-good. You got this ladies, see ya tomorrow 😎❤️

Day 11- Alright I admit I didn't work on my abs yesterday, however I did work out arms and legs and did some cardio. I've now established a work out schedule so I can work every part of my body so basically I'm gonna be doing abs every other day. I'll see if it works if not I'll go back to doing abs every day. I see my stomach getting flatter ladies and I swear I see my torso longer. Idk maybe that's just me. I'll update you the day after tomorrow ladies! ❤️✨❤️

Day 13- Sorry I didn't update yesterday but I got great news. My belly is almost completely flat and my stomach is hard af. And even in some angles you see a tiny glimpse of abs. The tiny, and I mean really tiny, belly I have left is probably just left over fat that I'll use to shape my abs. So this exercise does work for a slim belly in a minimum of 2 weeks but there is no abs guaranteed. I'll stop the updates for now but when my abs are more visible I'll let you know. Remember ladies you can do this. You are strong and you are beautiful! See you in the future ladies 💪❤️❤️❤️✌️

doing this for 7 days :)
day 1: was intense, started my period so was harder but still pushed threw
day 2: felt the BURN, had bad cramps so took some breaks
day 3: was hard but did it
day 4: did it
day 5: I feel stronger
day 6: did it
day 7: done
results= didn’t see a lot of changes but overall I loved this workout bc I feel so much stronger :) I’m gonna continue doing this for 2 week and I’ll give my “final” results
pls like to remind me <3 HELLO I finally finished lol I didn’t do the last days bc I was on holiday so I caught up this is why I did Int update but up my stomach is way flatter (not completely yet bc i had a big tummy at the begging lol) but yes I recommend MAKE SURE TO DRINK WATER AFTER AND EAT SOMETHING :)

Ok, I'm going to try this for 2 weeks, because I was reading the comments, where many said that after 2 weeks the results are better. Besides, I'll be combining it with an exercise routine that I do.
PS: I exercise in the morning

RESULTS AFTER 1 WEEK:
I honestly don't know why there are many comments saying that in the first week they didn't see many results. Because even though I don't have a completely flat abdomen, I lost a lot of lower abdominal fat, so I'm very happy! 😆(I guess I also influence the fact that I make other training plans 🤔)

Anyway, I'll try it one more week!

THIS WORKOUT WORKS!!!! I mean literally it's been just three days and my abs look tinnier than I could ever think! I'm not joking this results motivated me to come back every other day. I've been working for about two years but I was taking a break after 3 weeks of working. I was testing so many workouts and I think this is the best for your waist/abs! Good luck guys don't give up it's worth it! I'm going to do some update soon
