I saw results in 3 days I noticed my stomach was harder when I pressed on it and I saw my lower stomach shrank and toned up a little bit. I'm going to do this for a month and see how it goes.

one thing I love about you is that you’re such a natural teacher. you’re always making comparisons and analogies to help people better understand their form or the movements. (ex: “a dog with its tail between its legs” or “balancing a glass of water on your back”) most people who are natural teachers don’t even notice when they do or say helpful things like this, but it makes such a difference for your audience. thank you! ❤️

I was always doing belly burning exercises and NEVER saw results in my lower abs. Thanks to this workout my lower stomach is finally flattening bcs it is getting toned. I've been doing this exercise for 5 days and it is a MUST! Amazing results and perfect explanations. THANK YOU SO MUCH MADFIT!!! If your wondering if this workout works, IT DOES.

July 10th - Day 1 - COMPLETE. Took me sometime to get into some exercises but it's a good start. Tomorrow it will be easier. I know that :)
July 11th - Day 2 - COMPLETE. It was harder than yesterday but I am ready to combat this routine. See you tomorrow!
July 12th - DAY 3 - COMPLETE. It feels like it's getting harder, not easier. However, I won't give up. Will continue on! See you tomorrow!
July 13th - Day 4 - COMPLETE. Wow! The time is flying already. Starting to feel my lower ab muscles. Something is working I think. See you tomorrow!
July 14th - Day 5 - COMPLETE. Was easier than yesterday. Let's see how tomorrow goes!
July 15th - Day 6 - COMPLETE. When I see my rolls, it gives me more motivation to keep on going and look a tad similar to MadFit girl.
July 16th - Day 7 - COMPLETE. Sweating like a pig!
July 17th - Day 8 - INCOMPLETE. For the first time I did not find any time during the day nor evening to complete this. See you tomorrow!
July 18th - Day 9 - INCOMPLETE.
July 19th - Day 10 - INCOMPLETE.
July 20th - Day 11 - INCOMPLETE.
July 21st - Day 12 - COMPLETE. Had a little break. Back at it!

LOVE the no repeat workouts! Keeps it fun and interesting! Then I can repeat the exercises I really liked at the end if I want more. Also really love your fresh and new exercises. Not the same ol exercises you see everywhere. Yes, we get it burpees are a great exercise but I’ve had enough already!!!! Thanks for keeping it fresh and new and different.
