For those who are conflicted, this really works! I used to have a pretty big lower belly and after doing this workout for ard 5 days I can see that I have a much slimmer belly now! A tip is to not starve yourself as when I did that I kinda got bloated constantly, just eat normally but also do not over eat!

I've been doing this for almost 3 months now and thought I would leave a comment for those who would want to read about other people's experience! As mentioned, I've started doing this some weeks ago, mixed with cardio at the gym. I work out around 5 times a week and alternate between this exercise and machines at the gym. I think I can say that I started noticing that this workout was becoming easier after a few days only. I might have seen a small difference in the way I looked after a few days but realistically, I think it took about 2 ish months for me to really be able to tell some real, noticeable and stable changes! I think the key is to be consistent and also making sure that you are properly doing the exercises! For reference, my goal was not to lose weight but to get more toned.

Ive done this exercise for 6 months 5 times a week and it definitely works notice so much difference in my stomach and ive had 2 c-sections

I’m gonna do this everyday and update you guys.

Day1: well I don’t see a difference yet but it’s my first day so

Day 2: well it’s getting easier to do these exercises. I can see a little bit of a difference because I did the exercises twice.

Day 3. I see a little bit of a difference and I feel lighter


Day 4. Same thing as yesterday



Day 5. I can definitely see a difference from day 1




Day 6. My legs hurt rlly bad





Day 7. Okay imma do half of the exercises bc my legs hurt too much




Day 8. So my legs don’t hurt anymore





Day 9. I see a big difference and I don’t have as much belly fat anymore




Day 10. My arms hurt




Day 11. I went on a weight thing and I am 85 pounds now




Day 12. I lost the amount of weight that I wanted so I am not gonna do this anymore




And here’s some things that I did that made me loose weight quickly.
• I only ate fruit and other healthy foods
• I did the exercises 3 times a day
• I went on walks

It’s 7am and I just completed this whole exercise!! During the 25sec rest, I decided to do 25 sec planks to keep myself moving!! Great workout and it’s easy!!! Let’s stay motivated guys and gals 🙈😝

Might as well do this during the corona break🤷‍♀️

Day 1: I died a bit but i’m definitely gonna do it again. Tried eating healthy today and it went somewhat ok...

Day 2: Still dead and i could feel the burn in my stomach from the last time😅. I ate pretty healthy today and am feeling confident!

Day 3: Have nothing to do and feeling motivated so i’m gonna do it 3 times today!
1st time- Complete!
2nd time- Complete! (It’s hard but i’m getting used to i)
3rd time- Complete! Still tough, but the planks are coming significantly easier

Day 4: Is it just me or are the leg drops almost impossible?? did it twice today tho

Day 5: Did it once today! my stomach muscles don’t hurt anymore!

Day 6: It was my birthday today and i managed not to eat cake so that’s good. doing this twice today

Day 7: I can see a small but noticeable difference! my stomach muscles feel tighter (in a good way) and i feel better than the first day! One week down!

Day 8: giving my body a rest for a bit, will do this in a day or two. I will still be maintaining my diet and talking walks

Day 8 months later: Guys im back and i’m gonna continue this. It seems forever ago when i made this comment.

This is a pretty good work out to get in shape and loose weight. It takes literally 10 minutes of your day and we all have that time since we’re all in quarantine. On top of that, throw in an extra 15-20 of walking or running for like 10 min in the night or early morning and then you’ll get even better results. Also drinking warm water mixed with lemon and honey will improve your health and metabolism which will help your body process the fat and toxins quicker so you’ll get the body you want even faster. This is what I do: In the morning, I walk for about 20 minuets and run for 10 on an empty stomach ( drink water tho ). Then I come back and have a small breakfast. Then in the evening, I do these stretches that were in this video, and drink warm water mixed with lemon and honey. At first it may seem like a lot but then the more you do it, the easier it gets. :)) I’m surprised you read all this way. Thanks! :D

I hv been doing these exercises daily except the last one for the past 8 months Guys seriously I hv got miracle results. The best part about the video is I hv got a companion to do with me. This video has now become a part of my life. Thanks to Roberta❤❤
