This was probably the best workout I've ever done in your videos by far. It felt so good and hurt so bad but obviously it means its working. I could do this all the time even if it hurts as much as it does. Wow thank you so much.

Gonna record my progress!
Day 1: hurt and burned so bad, so sore afterwards
Day 2: had to have a break day cause i was still super sore
Day 3: did it! hurt a lot less but still burned.
Day 4: burned
day 5 did it! Tip: do a cardio workout before to do fat targeting workouts

Seeing results already and its only my 2nd morning!!!

This was for stubborn postpartum changes to my lower belly, I've had it bulging consistently for the first time in my life. This plus a tall generally slender/athletic frame contributed to lower back pain for me by the end of every single day. My kiddo just turned 3 now so I knew by now I oughta look for something else other than my usual lifestyle to help.

Overall I love my body but this was a little thorn I wanted to address. Did these exercises with a waist trainer on (the type that you velcro on and has some boning for support and come in a set of three separate straps for postpartum recovery: one for upoer back, one for belly, one for hips/pelvic area...I used the belly one alone for the exercise and wear it overnight too) and I'm seeing results already!! Its super encouraging because day #1 was HARD. Heart beating like nuts and breaking a sweat, today was still hard but a little easier...DO IT!! 🎉🙃😮🤗

Edit: about one week in and I'm feeling the muscles in that area engage with greater ease even afterwards all day, also the hip pain seems to have gone away. Lower belly still not 💯 where I wanted but visibly better (taking pics daily helped see subtle changes) thank you again OP❤

Lord have mercy on my abs...they hurt so good! Pushed myself and did this with your ab finisher and my abs are on fire. This is the best lower ab workout I've EVER done and I've done many. Thank you!

I love it! It gets easier each time. I tend to use the modified version because the unmodified version puts a lot of pressure on my neck and makes me feel dizzy/sick, but despite that, the modified version STILL makes me sweat profusely! I always try to do this workout two times a day :)
