IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.

Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. A title may come close to suggesting that, but I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is also not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

I'm 70 and a cancer patient. We do some of this stuff at our half hour sessions once or twice a day. Its really good for people like me. Chloe, you could bring value to the lives of some of us. Keep up the good work.

If anyone cares to read, I’ve found a couple of tips that make Chloe Ting’s exercises more bearable:
1) Begin by performing a warm up. After the work out stretch a lot.
2) Make sure you eat about a half hour or more before working out. Don’t eat right before or you might throw up.
3) Prepare a cold smoothie for after the workout. Double points if it has protein powder. An icy cold drink helps cool down the body faster and prevents you from passing out.
4) Remember to breathe, even if it’s heavy. Also if you need to go slower then go slow, you aren’t a professional athlete or trainer.

I stopped working out for a couple weeks, started a swing shift job, then was fired from said job ysterday after becoming (foolishly) enthusiastic and invested in being the best I could be at it. I'm exhausted from not sleeping right in over a week, my joints and back have been causing me immense stiffness and pain, but I decided I'd go back to working out again.

I used to smash these workouts with ease (of course getting breathless, but it was rarely too hard to do). I had to fight every instinct today to quit.

I will get my strength back. I won't let losing my job ruin my attitude and outlook on life. I can and WILL become the healthiest version of myself.

i’ve been doing this workout and her other “abs in 2 weeks” workout for a couple of weeks now, and the results i saw were literally mind-blowing. i used to be so insecure about my body and always worried about how my body will look in my new school uniform, but now i’m not worried anymore! thank you so so much for this <3

My 4 year old loves loves watching these and working out with me. About half way thru she says “I’m getting too tired” so I tell her go relax you can stop and she responds with “no if I stop I won’t be strong anymore.” If she can be my motivator that means we all can do this 💪

Day 1: DONE✅ (Aahh I feel strong)
Day 2: DONE✅ (Although it was tiring, I skipped two exercises because my feets were constantly slipping over the floor, but I made up for that through other exercises)
Day 3: DONE✅, aahhhh I died in the middle
Day 4: DONE✅, I'm on it, although I was half dead by the last exercises. I feel a bit stronger. Yay.
Day 5: DONE✅, I forgot to update this yesterday so I'm doing it now. Also, I've been doing some sit ups along with the exercises.
Day 6: DONE✅, my abbs are on fire, literally just as she said, I feel a lot better these days💪
Day 7: DONE✅, Oh Lord! I'm sweating like hell
Day 8: DONE✅, By this time, you can literally sense your inner muscles paining, but all of this is worth it.
Day 9: DONE✅, Keep going guys, I can already see a change
Day 10: DONE✅, Doing this regularly is really making me feel good about myself, keep going Shalini.
Day 11: DONE✅, You might feel like giving up by now, but trust the process, all the hardwork that you are putting into will pay off one day, don't you dare give up.
Day 12: DONE✅, Keep on going
Day 13: DONE✅, I feel much much stronger than before.
Day 14: DONE✅, Remember guys, the only person you have with you at the end of the day is 'YOU', so don't give up guys, it's time that we do something for ourselves. Keep pushing.
Day 15: DONE✅, I also did some arm exercises today along with this, and as I write this, my arms are trembling but I know that everything is going to be worth it at the end. I feel a lot stronger 💪
Day 16: DONE✅, Sorry guys I was on my periods so couldn't continue for almost a week but doing the exercises today after a week, makes me realise that my core has become stronger, I will keep going on👍. Let's kill this guys.
Day 17: DONE✅, I can literally see the results guys, gonna continue this always, keep pushing yourself guys, it's all worth it.
Day 18: DONE✅, Although couldn't complete it fully because I've an exam today nd I'm running late😣, will make up for this one for sure.
Day 19: DONE✅, I'm so happy that I started this workout, it gives me confidence and courage to go on, I'll keep doing this until I reach my goal
Day 20: DONE✅, I'm also doing some other exercises along with this work out, trust me I feel so good about myself now, I feel more confident, I'm gonna continue this
Day 21: DONE✅, this exercise is now a part of my daily routine, I gotta continue this always, nd honestly I'm losing a few kgs, I'm so happy.
Day 22: DONE✅, Just remember guys, all the hardwork will pay off one day, you dare not stop in the middle, keep pushing hard💪.
Day 23: DONE ✅, While doing reverse crunch variation, I totally got flippex over my head 😂, that was really funny, seems like I'm developing some flexibility 🥺🥺.
Day 24: DONE✅, As I'm doing these exercises, I'm able to understand the fact that in life, we only have ourselves, ofc there are people around us but what matters the most is we, our happiness, our strength. At the end of the day, we all just need to be in peace with ourselves.
Day 25: DONE✅, I feel so much better about myself these days, I know we do a lot of mistakes, but what defines us is our zeal to be better with each day, I promise even if I make mistakes I won't ever be giving up, maybe I'll take a break, a coffee, but I'll be back much much stronger.
Day 26: DONE✅, Guys, I feel a lot lot stronger, nd I hope this will continue increasing, nobody has the power to suppress your inner strength, just don't let anyone do that, nd yeah, have funnnn, as long as you're happy, productive and in peace with yourself, it's always going to be worth it👍.
Day 27: DONE✅, No matter how tiring it may seem, but you gotta push yourself always because at the end of the day, it's all about bettering ourselves from the previous day and living our life, keep pushing guys, even though the growth may seem too slow, but it's happening drop by drop🌸.
Day 28: DONE✅, so sorry guys I was suffering from high fever the last week, so couldn't continue with the exercises, but now I'm back, stronger and better and i promise to continue this from now onwards, Thank you for the likes, it really means a lot, nd remember guys, whatever hardwork you're going to put in, everything will pay off in the end, so start doing good stuff for yourself 👍.
Day 29: DONE✅, No matter how boring or stressful it might feel, just remember that all the hardwork is just for you and one day the results are going to show everything. Keep pushing guys, you can do it.
