I never done it for 14 days straight but I swear u will start to see results 3-4 days in it’s amazing.

I feel amazing, and I do see a big difference! I have tried so many videos to get rid of the lower belly, but this one actually works.

To the person thats reading this, don't give up. The process will feel like nothings changed at all but that doesn't mean you quit. There might not be change from two weeks to a month but just imagine what could happen in two months. Your journey will be hard and maybe even painful but you are stronger than it just by simply pressing start. Stay Healthy and keep going, I believe in you ! ❤️✨

Day 1: awkward but not bad, I can feel why some say there is a low back strain. I also did a 2 mile walk and some arm work outs. Praying for good health and wellness.
Day 2: seriously feeling the burn and loving it. Oh how badly I want to just feel healthy again. (Along with this challenge I am doing a 15 min arm challenge eating 1700 calories roughly and cut out all sugary drinks and desserts.)
Day 3: woo hoo I was able to do the sitting arm pumps with my legs up. It was so tough though and I touched the ground for a moment. But we shouldn't insult ourselves for the efforts we are putting in.
Day 4: I had to modify one of the sitting lean back exercises due to back pain, so I payed on my side and brought my knee up and met it with my elbow for an oblique crunch.
Day 5: sounds weird I know but beneath my layer of flab I feel muscles getting stronger. It's like a good kind of pain.
Day 6: skipped due to life 😣
Day 7: I weighed in and again I'm doing a calorie deficit, walking and an arm work out but guys I'm down 7 pounds!!
I'm not gonna lie, I fizzled out for a few days but have continued the last few days I'll do measurements soon and let you guys know.
Day 8: done and feeling good
Day 9: so happy I didn't quit after a couple days of skipping 5 days to go
Day 10: looking forward to doing another video challenge of hers.
Day 11: got it done early starting the rest of my day, love how my stomach feels stronger
I made it to 13 days I didn't lose around my waist but I'm gonna say that's because I just found out I'm almost 2 months pregnant. I'm off to the maternity workout section. Love you guys thank you for the support and may God bless your journey to a healthy life

Guys I swear this is better than Chloe Ting’s program. I combine 4 ab workouts of 5 minutes (so 20 minutes in total) and its amazing 🔥

I really don't know what to do. I can't get abs. I have this really little belly that I can't get rid of! Is the esomeone that can recommend me something? I've always done every day, also other types of videos and also fat burn. But now I changed and I'm doing alternating days, but I don't think this is working. Advices???

Guys this is phenomenal!!! Just 3 weeks of Lilly Sabri workouts and I’ve gotten SO much thinner. Combine these with other workouts of her’s (I do 4, so 20 minutes) and I can swear you’ll get your dream body shape! We’re all in this together! 💪🏻🏋🏻‍♀️❤️

There are bunch of people who really want to lose weight. But sadly, they don’t really strive to get that results. One of the reason is they are lacking about their reason why they want to lose weight.

For me, having that clear reason why is something that can really speed up the process and keep you going for a long time.

Luckily, this channel is one of those who really give motivation to the viewers like us.

I know it, because that’s what I felt when watching their videos.

I've been doing this for a few weeks. The scale hasn't moved, but my waist definitely has. With the internet drowning in HIIT workouts and women bulking up with weights, it is wonderful to have workouts that tone and slim and make you strong and still very feminine. Thanks so much for this. 😊

I’m on day 5 and I am feeling it! Thank you for this, I struggle to work those lower abs and this is exactly what I need. I love how unique your exercises are. Most of the exercises in your videos I have never done before and I love learning new exercises!!


Update: Day 14 and I am done! Overall, it got easier as I went on, but I still felt the burn! I believe it sculpted my upper abs more and strengthened my lower abs. I still have work to do and will be doing this everyday plus some of your other workouts for thighs and glutes!
