Loving the 10 minute quick workouts. Much easier to commit to during my day. I do three of them, one in the morning/afternoon/evening and "voila", done with 30 minutes requirement for my day!

I love these 10 minute workouts. I work full time and if a 30+ minute sounds daunting, I can definitely manage 10 minutes and stay on track!

Monday is a hard day because I do a cardio workout with Lauren in the morning and then another cardio workout before lunch. But this Monday is doubly fun and doubly rewarding with double the cardio. The new cardio is wonderful, very concise and pleasant. Thank you so much Lauren!

Excited to give this workout a try!! Found your channel a few months ago and it’s changed my life. I sustained a nerve damage injury after college and was only doing my physical therapy exercises. I really wanted to get back into working out. But I didn’t know how to get back into regular workouts safely. I found your channel and tried a couple of the walking workouts first and loved them and felt safe doing them. Next tried your Pilates and loved those even more, tried your strength videos and again they were wonderful! I’m so happy to have found your channel and feel very lucky that I now have access to great and safe workouts that make me feel strong! Thank you Lauren for all you do! 😊
