I will show an exercise that I used to gain unexpected increases in my strength and athleticism
Plus pain relief of my Low Back, Groin and Hips.
We are suffering from weak cores, underdeveloped from our sitting lifestyle.
And when we think of Core exercises, we default to AB Crunches and Leg Raises. when the Core is 360.
We will fill the weak points with one exercise, that can be done at any fitness level and I will show you how-to at different levels of difficulty.
