Dr. Rowe shows how to self correct a high hip in 30 seconds. These EASY exercises can be done at home and don't require any special equipment.

If you're dealing with a short leg, or a high hip, caused by an uneven pelvis -- this video will help self mobilize the joints and soft tissue in and around the pelvic region.

The first part is going to focus on getting everything moving. You may even get a nice POP, CRACK, or self release into the sacroiliac joint (SI joint) if it's locked up! This may help RESET the pelvis, and bring the alignment of the hips back into balance.

The second part will focus on strengthening the muscles, ligaments, and tendons around the pelvis. This may help build a STRONGER foundation in your lower back, pelvis, and hips and ward off future issues of a high hip.

As a bonus, it may help you maintain your ALIGNMENT longer in-between chiropractic adjustments.

THIS ACTUALLY WORKED FOR ME!!! I've been battling a pelvic tilt for 15+ years and have tried SO many different stretches and exercises, and only a few of them helped a little bit, most not at all. 1:24 - Hold 5-10 Sec. Relax. Repeat 5xs
2:51 - Put fists together. Lift Legs. Put fists in between knees. Drive knees together. Squeeze! Hold for 5 secs. Relax. Repeat 5xs
3:42- Slowly lower leg. Keep leg straight (once you get to a point where it is a very good stretch) Hold for 5-10 sec. Slowly come back and go up as far as you are able to go. Hold for 5-10 secs. Repeat slowly up to 10xs

My husband has had crippling pain in his hip and lower back for over a year and we just cant afford to go to a chiropractor. His right hip sits much higher since the wreck he had. Tonight it was so bad he was in tears. I found this video and got him to do this and he was cracking and poping from the second he started. He stood up and almost jumped in excitement. Can't believe it, but IT REALLY WORKED FOR ME!!! I've been struggling with lateral pelvic tilt for years and couldn't walk for longer than an hour, did the first 2 exercises only once, and now I'm back to life again! Thank you so much!

After a major fall I had I landed on my tailbone I’ve suffered unbearable pain. My activity levels dropped immensely due to lower back issues. These exercises helped my lower back pain and even helped my alignment. My knees don’t pop when I bend down now. It’s crazy. So thankful I found your video. I’m going to repeat these exercises as much as possible.

Honestly thank you so much. I’ve been trying to figure out how to fix my back pain. Last time it lasted 10 days before going away on its own. Googled high hip and you came up. Thanks brother. Feels way better after doing this exercise twice. I now know I have something I can do to help it rather than lying on the floor for multiple days
