I do this daily. I have found that after I get the pain gone after several months I do not do it because it triggers the pain again. I love that show different ways than what she teaches. Thanks for helping us!

I expected this to be a technique to get rid of hypertonicity of the long spinal muscles causing rotation in the spine

This looks great but I do need to ask, if I am fused from my L3 down into my Sacrum should I try this?

My QL muscle, Psoas muscle (into my ribs) down into my Piriformis muscle is still aggravated to the point I can't wear leggings, shorts, pants absolutely nothing on my waist/iliac crest for any length of time. 😬😮‍💨
