This was a great workout and very doable. I like the moves targeting your belly. I have a long way to go to reduce belly fat, but this might help a little bit.

I personally lost 66 pounds (30 kg) in 8 months. I followed a high fat, low carb diet and ate 5/6 meals a day. Burning fat is incredibly easy if you know what you’re doing 🙂

I don't believe that what was demonstrated is going to do much if anything to help a person reduce belly fat. Maybe if someone did it for at least 60 minutes a day at a much faster pace it would reduce belly fat.
