This short cardio workout has the mission of helping you reduce your belly fat, so that you can get a flat stomach without those love handles.

Being a cardio workout, it will elevate your heart-rate and boost your metabolism so that your body starts burning calories faster.

Additionally, with the help of ABS exercises that target specifically your abdominal muscles you will start getting a lean and fat-less belly.

I recommend you do the whole workout till the end. Don't skip exercises and don't pause for too long. Work out every day of the week if you want to see good results!

Keeping track for a week.

Day 1- ✅ Not too hard, no results yet.
Day 2- ✅Pretty straightforward, a little burn in the abs area.
Day 3- ✅ Felt more burn than the previous day.
Day 4- ✅ Seeing minimal results, but making progress.
Day 5- ✅ Getting Easier
Day 6- ✅ I'm less bloated than I used to be.
Day 7- ✅ My stomach is almost entirely flat.

I am a indian farmer👨‍🌾.
I have to do my work in the field under 43°C now.
5-6 hours . This is nothing for me.
I intake 3000 calories per day.
Now I am 50+.
I have no diabetes, no Colestrol, no high blood pressure.

Day 1✅-done was a lilltle bit tired but it felt good i hope il keep this for 5-6 months. İ actually starded at 2023 ever since i stopped doing it but know i starded over.İm so motivated. Thank you Roberta’s gym!😊
