I've been doing this workout and others from this channel for the past 2 weeks or so. Last week I was 229 lbs, this week I am down to 225.6 I am motivated to continue my weight loss journey.
UPDATE: Wow, it's been a while since I updated on my weight loss, I've also started on other videos from this channel, but now I am down to 221lbs!!! Over a month for a couple weeks, I was unable to work out due to a foot injury but I substituted that for a calorie deficit! I have now been working out again on and off again for the past two weeks which seems to be helping in preventing burn out. I'll try to update every so often!

UPDATE: LOL i forgot to update since elast year this is crazy but one year update you guys: I am now 190lbs, I worked out from last year May to August when I came home from College and will be doing the same thing again this summer!!! 🙃 I have lost a total of 40lbs

Update 3: Hii Guys, just another update to share my progress, I am now 185Lbs 😌

I am eating 1000 calories per day and doing this exercise 2 times a day in morning and in evening i am very happy to see the results thank you so much 😊 i was 52 kg now i am 47 (15 days)

I’ve been doing this everyday as well as intermittent fasting (16:8) and I’ve stopped snacking on sugary things. I’ve lost 5 pounds (2.5kg) in about 4 days. Loving the results

I was struggling with breathing so I took this workout. Have been doing this once a day and in 3 weeks now. Just a piece of advise, I'm no and do not have a trainer but if you're struggling to complete the counts, try to divert your mind by "thinking for a while" like narrating a recipe of a dish, naming your elementary teachers, or anything that makes your mind occupied for a while. Leave the entire counting to the video and try to not check it. By the time you finish "thinking", the count is already or almost done 😊.

PS: I've thought of how to write this comment while doing the Supermans. (English is not my first language)

First time doing this workout and I am satisfied with how beginner level it is. I couldn't do everything as quick towards the end but I did a lot better than I thought I could. This is definitely in the routine when I can't go outside to walk. It was too cold out today.

In case people are looking for a review of this workout, this is perfect for beginners, i.e. people who have been working out for less than 3 months or exercise about 1-2 times a week. You will build up sweat by the end and feel really good about the workout. For more intermediate or advanced people, I would recommend other intensive cardio exercises on this channel. Good luck with your weight loss journey!

Completed the workout just now.. i have been doing workout since 50 days but decided to change my routine so here's my first day of this workout and i m sweating like hell😂 but its seriously an amazing cardio workout 👍
