Toto cvičení prolomilo moji nechuť k cvičení a je to radost😍, uložila jsem si do oblíbených a cvičím to už tři měsíce minimálně 1x-3x týdně. Kombinuji s dalším podle nálady se jen tak v leže protahuji a cítím se dobře, břicho se zpevnilo, váha se snížila o 5-6 kg a už se to nevrací, takže doporučuji i pro začátečníky. Hudba je super včetně růžové postavičky, která vykouzlí ve chvíli krize úsměv a jedete dál.🙂Hlavně to nevzdat i týden přestávka nevadí.Po delší přestávce se svaly zkrátí a fyzička je zase na začátku, takže se začíná o to hůře. Je to super se nějak nenásilně udržovat v nějaké formě a strava nemusí být nijak přísná.Mít ze sebe dobrý pocit je k nezaplacení, dělám to pro sebe.🥰

Thank you so much I have been doing these exercises steady for 2 weeks, and I have noticed a change I am obese 61 yrs. old exercising feels so exhilarating I should of started when i was much younger just to busy thank you for saving me.

Fantastic work out like always these exercises at this speed really target the muscle areas full body circuit u guys are amazing trainer it doesn't matter if a long session or short sessions I would love to do a hour straight session or two thirty minutes back to back these work out are really changing my fitness level keep up the great work I really appreciate you guys see you next work out have a wonderful evening see you tomorrow work out thumbs up always see you 😊
