Hey you don't even know how grateful I am for your workouts I am a breast cancer survivor that weighed 285 after treatment I was experiencing chest pain just from walking 2 - 3 blocks Now I am down to 198 and still exercising hard using your workouts. This was a perfect Sunday walk... Solar today I have consumed 40oz of water towards my daily gallon goal... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 309 calories and completed 3, 552 steps... My green smoothie today is spinach green cabbage banana pineapple & flax oil blended with water... Next I am going to do a 20min wrist free yoga flow to de-stress... Yesterday was a stressful day with my mom... I am pretty busy lately and working out plus eating healthy helps me stay grounded... See You All Mañana For Another Fiesta 🎉

Hello Andy, good morning everyone!!🤗 Thank you for this great workout, I really miss being here every day as I always did, but as much as I wish, while everything is not in order I will only be able to do some training from time to time anxious for everything to pass quickly, but there's always so much to do, buy furniture, choose everything, make the changes etc...but as soon as everything is in its place I'll go back to doing it every day. I think every day about your training sessions and how much I miss you. 🥺😔I am so grateful to have met you. Have a fantastic Sunday🌸😚💜

Great Workout as usually. I am sweating and tired. I have to use my mind and exercise. I like this a lot. I workout to your videos 3-4 times a week. My balance is improving and I am getting more flexible. WOW. Nice. I am getting in the best shape I have been in the last couple decades.
