I've literally exclusively done your workouts almost everyday for 2 months now - obviously I LOVE your videos! But I wish you could remind and describe more about what you're supposed to feel and where in ur body when doing certain moves. I hope that makes sense. It would really help us beginners! Xx

I usually struggle to follow a workout from the beginning to the end because I get bored or demotivated, but lemme tell y'all...THIS ONE is really amazing. 20 minutes passed by very quickly, I was sweating a lot but I also had fun doing it

@madfit As a former collegiate athlete who struggled with the idea of “solo” workouts but knew exercise was an essential habit, I made a commitment this spring to move a minimum of 15 mins a day 6 days a week. I do one or two of your videos every time, and just wanted to thank you for how KIND and encouraging you are throughout your workouts. Instructors who use negative motivation or “yell” at you make me want to give up almost immediately; the WAY you communicate helps to motivate me and keep me going even when I’m tired and everything burns. Thanks for being you, and for all the care you put into your work.

I started doing your workouts during quarantine after the gyms closed and now that they have reopened, I am not sure I will return as your workouts have got me stronger and leaner in a shorter period of time ( working from home means that I can actually work out more often 5 times a week than 3 sessions fitted around my pre covid work schedule . I love that you have such great form💃🏼 and the focus on strength building / HIIT( Low impact in my case due to torn ACL) and the ballet / dance sculpt have really helped with my recovery. You and Yoga with Adrienne are wellbeing goddesses. Thank You 🙏🏾☀️🌈💪🏽

This was soooo good! 6 months pregnant and the only thing I had to modify were planks. Thank you for the no jumping! I am still dripping sweat!

It has been almost 4 months that I do Madfit workouts at least 4 days every single week... you have no idea how influencial u were in my way to build both mental and physical health... I truelly believe that u are one of the most real people in bw thousands of fake ones... love u❤️

I am a wobbly, sweaty, cursing mess trying to do what she's doing, and then I look over and she's moving like a damn swan lol. Can't wait for the day when I actually look like I'm doing the same thing as her.

I just started following MADFIT a couple of weeks ago and I am so happy I did. No excuses to not work out when the workouts are only 20 minutes long and hit a bit of everything. This has been the difference between me working out and me just giving into the quarantine bulge, and complete lack of motivation. THANK YOU!

Never been in to fitness and always hated working out. It was never a problem before because I was “naturally” pretty thin. Until last year after getting a new sedentary job and a new relationship i gained about 30 pounds. I knew I couldn’t rely on my metabolism and active work life anymore like when i was a server. I started watching work out videos at home but nothing clicked until I found Maddie! Her work outs are effective and not over complicated and she explains everything SO WELL. I’ve been working out every morning and looking forward to finding a new video of hers, which I never even imagined was possible. Like I said I HATE working out. But I’ve already seen a dramatic difference in just two weeks. Not just in my appearance but how I have much more energy and focus throughout the day and sleep so much better at night. I can even tell when I’m bringing groceries in how much stronger I am! To Maddie from Madison, thank you!!! You deserve all your success.

I'm 57 years of age, my 23 year old daughter introduced me to MadFit right after the pandemic hit the planet....it's so true you have to be super diligent with your physical activity & food choices in keeping healthy post 50 or any age for that matter...and of course managing your mind/emotions with compassion and self nurturing love infused beliefs. Being gym-less, rec hockey/beach volleyball-less/cycle to work-less...I really enjoy your assorted workouts with or without weights. Natural movement is key to preserve mobility & your strength...it helps stave off the aging...thank you MadFit Maddie...keep doing the positive inspiring good things...keep following your heart and listen to your instinct. That was a good burn, and I didn’t feel like I was dying in a bad way! I was dying in a good burn type of way. Defs recommend. Good structure.

I've been doing just this video for three months now and have seen a change in my knee shape and arms. 😁 Also lost 7lbs. Going to try adding another video into the routine now

Posted 3 years ago but I just found & finished this one! I loved the mix of the quiet music in the background but also getting to hear you breathing and working with us - actually made a huge difference in my motivation. Awesome compound exercises, I was sweating like crazy by the end. I'm just getting back into exercising after a couple of years off my game, and I can't wait to follow your other videos to get strong and toned again! Thanks Maddie!
