Stopped at 24th day bcoz my body got use to all these exercises nd wanted to try something new
My results - lost 3 kg, I was 58 nd now iam 55 kg . I was doing 16 - 8 intermittent fasting along with this workout. Lost 4 inches at wrist . Over all am very happy with the results ☺. Thank you chole

Just finished the 28 day flat belly challenge, i don’t have abs but i can totally see a change. It is notable my waist is smaller and i did lose 3kg . I started at 64kg. I wasn’t on a diet but i did eat less and i tried to avoid fast food and sweets . Thank you Chloe!!🤭🙈

this is for everyone who needs motivation:
I started this 28 days program being chubby and hating sports.
I'm on day 10, i just did it and i can see results, i dropped aprox 5 kg. My abs are starting to show. I started eating more clean and experimenting in the kitchen. Now i love cooking. (btw i'm almost 15 yo)
Now imagine just 18 more days to go. U CAN DO THIS BESTIES.
