Thanks for the video. Wondering if you have a stretching and exercise routine for seniors? I’m 65 and can’t always do some of the positions that I seen your videos. So just looking for something at a kind of beginner level, and then work up to something more advanced.

Thanks! I tried this stretch today after playing PB for the first time yesterday in several months. For years I've felt ten years older after playing PB and hobbling around with lower back pain. I'm pretty fit and have been mystified by that pain apparently just from picking up a few dozen pickle balls off the floor during the course of play. I did about five each side today and felt encouraging relief. Will play again tomorrow and will get these stretches in without an hour after play concludes. Thanks for the guidance!
