Ive been trying to find stretches for sciatic pain. By the time we got to the feet flexes, it was instant release. Maybe the timing and order of stretches did it - but amazing!

Great 5 minute work outs. I have osteoarthritis in both hips (just had injections), a bulging disc at L4/L5 (just had facet injections), and stenosis in the same area. Your short little videos are keeping the mobility going. Thank you!

This video has been a godsend to me, last month had lower back and hip pain and it was getting to a point it was wearing me down mentally !! I found this video in a search a few weeks ago and right after the first time I did it, my pain was gone!! I do this video every morning !!!
