I've been terribly sore for the past week and i'm on prescription pain meds and also getting injections in my back in 4 days but in the meantime i've been heat and ice and pain meds with not much relief in a week now. Started watching this video and first exercise he showed i got on floor and did it and my goodness the pain is almost all gone!!! am going to finish watching and doing the rest but my goodness i'm so thankful i have finally got some relief. Thanks so much!

This was a great video, Dr Rowe. I watched it twice and took notes. Ironically, I just returned from MICHIGAN yesterday and my back, hips, glutes are a mess from traveling and sitting. I appreciate practitioners who are willing to share their expertise on YouTube.

I usually watch from my other account but I want to thank you. I've suffered 3 ruptured discs. The lower back ones are related to a torn psoas I had at 16. Anyway I'm about to be 60. I've come back from a spinal cord injury as well T7/8. I own an operate a small landscaping business and my work is very physical. Your videos have helped me so much. Both for daily function and pain relief. Life can be hard but you've kept me on my feet and helped me enjoy life as well. Thanks Again!!

I know it's horses for courses but the fourth exercise up against a door jamb lowering one leg has relieved my pain 90%. I am so grateful to you

Another fantastic video. Some of these stretches hit the spot and I felt a huge release. I've mentioned before but as weird issues has come up I have worked through SI joint pain, knee pain, neck pain, and lower back pain. I went to local chiropractors and it did not help. Physical therapy did help tremendously. These videos I tell you have single handedly fixed every issue that's come up and I just can't thank him enough.

You couldn't have timed this video any better! 😁 I started gaving minor hip pain, left side, a few days ago, and for the last two days, muscle spasms in the lower left back while sitting.

I know these exercises will fix that, and I'm going to start right now.
