Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
I have hundreds of other home workouts available on my channel, so you can pick and choose which workouts you want to do, to not only make you build a strong body, but also feel amazing.
Please remember every body is different and we all progress at different rates. The fact that you have shown up and completed this workout is incredible. You should be very proud of yourself for taking the steps to improve not only your physical, but also your mental health.

Doing this and updating everyday!

Day 1: ✅found this really tiring because I haven’t been doing workouts for 10 days since I was on holiday
Day 2: ✅still found this difficult but I kept going
Day 3: ✅definitely felt easier today - to whoever is reading this is and is also doing this workout . Good luck, we’ve got this!
Day 4: ✅same difficulty as yesterday but felt so good. I can’t wait for Monday!!!
Day 5: ✅it’s getting easier and I’m going to start doing this twice everyday.
Day 6: ✅ useless info : - I feel like I’ve messed up the days because it says that I started this 4 days ago but I’m already on day 6? This could be due to the fact that I usually do the workouts past midnight and a few days ago I did it in the afternoon so it’s not exactly 24h before the next day - getting easier and I feel much stronger. 🤩 now I’m doing this twice and also her new slim waistline workout
Day 7: ✅ felt so much easier today and I also did her 30min full body burn as well as the small waistline one
Day 8: ✅ definitely seeing results and feeling so much stronger than before
Day9: ✅ should’ve mentioned this 4 days ago but I’m also doing her feel good prep guide. This workout is getting much easier
Day10:✅ felt guilty since I ate more than I should’ve today but still found that this workout is so much more easier
Day 11: ✅ felt so good! I’m going to keep going until I achieve my goal, I’m already starting to see results 🤩
Day 12: ✅ so excited for tomorrow but I start swimming again and it will be hard to do both but I’ll do my best! My body doesn’t feel as tired during these workouts
Day 13: ✅ I’m so exhausted I did the feel good 30 workout, intense swimming as well as this and the waist workout 😮‍💨 I am almost dead

I love putting several of these 5-10min videos together for a workout. I find I'm much more likely to finish a few 10min workouts than one 30-40min. Each one is like a little accomplishment :) Always love Lilly's workouts!

I’ve been doing your workouts since 2019 back when you had 40, 000 subs and I love them to death! Got the app and everything but I miss it when you don’t talk over your videos.. I’m not sure if I’m the only one but I feel like your comments mixed with the music make your videos super unique and fun to follow. Still so glad your posting on YouTube again!

day 1: I definitely felt the burn but it wasn't painful. I didn't really care about it because it takes time to see the results.
day 2: The burn was vividly more since I was familiar with the exercises and did better.
day 3: already feeling my mental health healing. Keeping your body active for even five minutes can make a huge difference.
day 4: It is weird how it's starting to burn more. because of the pms cramps, I was worried I might feel bad, but I didn't. It still feels nice to get yourself going!
day 5: the burn was so much! I absolutely feel the change, but it's too soon to give up. will keep you updated!
day 6: It got way more intense than I thought! I still feel the burn, which is rare in my case.
day 7: I felt a bit tired today but doing the workout was totally worth it. I can see changes but not completely; so I'll keep doing this to see what happens!
day 8: it was absolutely the hardest day yet, since I walked more than 5 kilometres before the workout. tiring but refreshing.
day 9: a bit challenging today... though I made it! I'm not noticing any abs yet, however I can see that I've lost a bit of weight.
day 10: do the last day... I didn't really see abs but I'm not surprised. I didn't fix a special diet and ate the the meals I liked.

RECOMMENDED: Enjoy the workout, eat healthy and don't worry. ofc ten days are not enough and I'll keep working out. drink alot of water and relax!

Man I’m crazy but lily you helped me out so much! I worked out the whole night with your work out getting my dream body you helped me out so much!
