Hi Sally, I have been doing your workout for 3 weeks now. I’m 58, I am slim, I walk a lot but with age still lost energy and muscle power. The workouts are good for me, I will do some of the exercises on a slower pace and less energenic than you but they are surely good to follow.

Fit with Sally every morning helps start my day. I try to do the exercises the best I can since I am in my late 70's. Great help for anyone. Just do it and it will help if you stick with it at lease five days a week. Thank you Sally!
