I just wanted to thank you for these videos. I’ve been doing them everyday for the past several weeks and they are the only think that have made me consistently be active. I can feel myself getting strong for the first time in my life. I love that you make them approachable for people with no experience. Your dance videos are what I started with but now I do all of them! I’ve never been this confident in my fitness before and wanted to thank you 😊

Did this workout yesterday; at the time, the burn wasn't too bad. Now it's the next morning and I can't pull myself up out of bed, and my buns are sore. It's a sleeper blowout! And a very good one at that 😅

Repeating the supersets 3 times was a real legs burner. I'm glad these split squats didn't include a weight lol. My only struggle was not to let my back slip from the bench in these thrusts 😩.
