I initially chose your video firstly because there were no negative body words in your video title, you have a very natural, fit body and your studio or place of area for workouts, is clean, calm and fresh! It's been 8 months since I visited this exercise as I've been doing all your other ones instead. I'm glad I came back to it though. It's so good for balance as well as keeping the abs and gluts firm and toned!

My life become really hard since i can't go to the gym because of the quarentine, i start my day with 45 min of yoga, then 1:30 of any of your other videos, and i finish my day with 30min streching THANK YOU, never stop doing this!!
