This is the LAST DAY of the 30x30 workout challenge. This is a 2 in 1 20 MIN BOOTY AND ABS WORKOUT. No equipment needed and can be done at home. The first 10 minutes is booty and the last 10 minutes is abs. Remember creating abs & flat belly requires a combination of exercises to build strength, cardio focused training to burn fat, and - most importantly - a clean, balanced diet for optimal gut health and performance!

Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 50 Seconds. After 10 Seconds of Rest continue to the next move.

Starting the 30x30 challenge

Day 1: ✅ It was a little difficult for me because I had not exercised for a long time and I also got too tired

Day 2: ❎ I didn't have time to do it 😭

Day 3: ✅ Now it wasn't as hard as the first time

Day 4: ✅ Today was a little more difficult for me than the third day

Day 5: ✅ A little easy

Day 6: ✅ a little easy in some exercises I find it difficult

Day 7: ✅ Today it became easier for me and I did not get as tired as the other days

Day 8: ✅ Now it's a little easier for me alone that when the video almost ends in the third last exercise I get very tired

Day 9: ✅ A little tired

Day 10: ✅ I think that before I did the exercises wrong, that's why I got very tired today, nothing was difficult for me

Day 11: ✅ It was easy but now I realized that there are actually 30 exercises I thought I had to do only the exercise in this video for 30 days but I was confused I don't know whether to continue or start again

Day 12: ❎ rest

Day 13: ✅ I'm still confused whether to continue doing this exercise for a month but take a chance and I'll complete the month

Day 14: ✅ Today I noticed that I was doing a wrong exercise, please watch the video carefully and do not make the same mistake as me.😭

I’ve just realized I’ve been stupid. Every time I see those workouts I never finish them because I try to follow along and get too tired. But now I’m going at my own pace and I’ve finished it.

Just completed the Day 30
I was consistent throughout her workouts
and weight myself often. My body looks more toned and I lost a lot of body % fat which is great.

Thank you so much for your hard work & the workout. Didn’t weigh myself but I lost 3 inches around my waist & I was able to put on my pants without the dancing! Lol. Doing this again! Round two tomorrow!!! This time, I will eat a little healthier. 🦋🦋🦋 thank you!!!!

finally completed the 30 x 30 challenge!!! i feel stronger physically and mentally. i’m gonna redo this challenge but with actual dumbbells this time (been doing them will gallons of water)!!! thank you for your hardwork 🙏🙏

No lie its my last day i slacked this week but i have been doing pamelas workouts for more than 5 months an they never showed me as great results as this 30 day one even my arms are more defined an less loose skin ❤ i do wish you made more workouts for this moth tho

Starting 6.10.24! (Doing this plus daisy keech 10 min hourglass workout four times a day, no diet!)

Day 1: ✅ super hard but did all four times, the full time, i feel fine afterwards each workout!
Day 2: ✅ difficult but finished, still feel fine right after!
